Spring is here!

There are a few ways to know that Spring is finally here in Minnesota.

1. The sump pump starts running. Our sump pump started running earlier this week and now is running at regular 7 minute intervals. Just think, when we moved in here, all that water was in our basement. Now it's out in the alley and we are dry.

2. Thunderstorms. Yesterday it thunderstormed while I was at work. The snow is really starting to melt and it's great to smell rain again.

3. Baseball, or rather, 20 tickets to see baseball. Yes! Some expectant mothers get jewelry as a gift, I get baseball tickets! Jason bought me (us) a 20-game season ticket package to the Twins at their new outdoor ballpark this year! I can't WAIT to watch real baseball where it was meant to be played- outside!

I just hope he doesn't spoil the kid as much as he spoils me!
