Nervous?

I think I was asked about 4 times today if I was getting nervous.

I always find that a strange question. Surely I'm excited, a little stressed, maybe even a little antsy, but I nervous is one emotion I'm not feeling at the present moment.

Nervous is like when you get your AP scores in the mail and you're too scared to open them for fear of what you'll see and you get knots in your stomach. It's fear of not knowing what the outcome is going to be.

To me, there is nothing to be nervous about.

So though I may be impatient, stressed out, apprehensive, fidgety, keyed up, or ruffled, I'm not nervous.

As a side note, I'm watching the SF Giants/Washington Nationals game, hoping Barry Bonds doesn't hit a homerun.
To me, a record doesn't count if you have to cheat to acheive it. It's players like Bonds that ruin the integrity of the sport. If more players were like the players the Twins have, the game would be much better off.
Maybe he should be nervous.

Kelli, dont be nervous,, your job is to say "I do" but I have to give the 'father of the bride' speech at the banquet. Im struggling with this for the last 2 weeks. I never had a clue as to how hard it would be to express all that needs to be said in a short amount of time. I will get thru it along with you, so the nerves are shared and the anticipation is building. We cant wait for that special day.

I can remember my mother-in-law asking me if I was nervous as I stood in the kitchen of the house on FIR eating a PBJ sandwich in my bridal gown (with a big white dishtowel wrapped around my waist). I said no I was not nervous because this is what Don and I both wanted and we just wanted everyone to enjoy our day with us. We've been married 35 years now. Maybe this is a sign of good things to come for you both
